At Brand and Gems, each piece in our collection is pre-loved and thoughtfully selected to bring unique charm and character to your home.
Due to the nature of second-hand furniture, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds after delivery.

However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so any time before the delivery process begins. Simply contact us as early as possible, and our team will assist you with the cancellation.
